At Thakurji Food Products, we are committed to delivering premium-quality food products that are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. As our products are consumable food items, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Returns will only be considered if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery.
To report any of the above issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Refunds
We follow a No Refund Policy.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.
Refunds, if approved for exceptional cases such as incorrect or damaged products, will be processed only after verification by our support team.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Replacement Policy
If you receive:
- An incorrect product
- A damaged product
- A product with tampered packaging
We may offer a replacement after reviewing the issue.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Ghee
- Food products
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals after delivery
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Products purchased during promotional or clearance offers (unless received damaged or incorrect)
